Working with the Developer from inception, prepared the Employer's Requirements, competitively tendered the project, appointed the Contractor under a JCT Design and Build Contract and then acted as Employer's Agent during construction period. Also liaised upstream with the End-user on behalf of the Developer during the tender and construction periods.
