Working with the Developer from inception prepared the Employer's Requirements, initially tendered the project, then negotiated with and appointed a Contractor under a JCT Design and Build contract. Acted as the Employer's Agent during the construction period and liaised upstream with the end-user on behalf of the Developer during the tender and construction periods.
