Working with the Developer from inception, prepared the Employer's Requirements and completed negotiations with a Contractor to be appointed under a JCT Design and Build Contract. Assisted the Developer in concluding upstream negotiations with the Housing Association and then sale of the site with Contractor being appointed directly by the Housing Association to construct the Works.
