Working with the Developer from inception, drafting the Employer's Requirements, and negotiating the project with a partnering Contractor appointed under a JCT Design and Build Contract and then acting as Employer's Agent during the construction period. Assisting the Developer with the Purchaser handovers and when required during the Defects Liability Period.
