Working with the Developer from inception, preparing initial budgets and costings, drafting the Employer's Requirements, competitively tendering the project, appointing the Contractor under a JCT Design and Build Contract and then acting as Employer's Agent during construction period. Acting as the Employer's Representative during the two-year defects maintenance period.
